We welcome sidekicks of any age that is able to work for a wage. This includes minors who are old enough for part-time work. Our focus is on enabling young people to bridge the gap between the academic and professional world, so most sidekicks will be between 16 and 22 years old. Many people find themselves needing a career-change later in life, so we welcome older sidekicks as well.
Our heroes are welcome to hire sidekicks for “one-off” days, or to retain them in the long-term. An in-app scheduling system helps heroes and sidekicks stay organized with team-calendars and team management features. As a growing business, you might keep your favorite apprentice around until they “earn their wings!”
Sidekicks and heroes are all independent contractors. Gosidekick.org acts as a networking platform to connect consumers with service providers, and businesses with potential help. Every network participant is present on an at-will basis.
